Image2Beam is free because I want laser users to have a practical image-preparation tool they can actually use without a monthly fee, a trial clock, or locked export features.
Preparing artwork, photos, and other images for laser engraving can mean jumping between multiple programs, guessing at settings, and learning by trial and error. Image2Beam was built to make that process easier and more understandable.
I want people to use it, test it on real projects, share real results, and help make it better. Making Image2Beam free removes the biggest barrier to doing that.
A useful tool does not help the laser community if people never try it because of another subscription or paywall.
The more people use Image2Beam on actual engraving jobs, the easier it is to identify what works, what is confusing, and what should improve next.
Image2Beam includes a community workflow so laser users can share finished engravings and the settings that produced them.
There is no hidden trial period, paid export button, or subscription waiting after you finish preparing an image.
Use it on real projects. Learn from it. Share your results. Tell me what needs improvement. That is more valuable to Image2Beam than putting the app behind another paywall.
